Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At ICONIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Full Refunds
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The merchandise must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Alternative Solutions (Replacement or Store Credit)
If an item does not meet the "proper criteria" for a full refund (e.g., minor wear, missing original packaging, or past the 30-day window at our discretion), ICONIC offers the following alternatives:

  • Replacement: We can replace the item with an identical product, subject to availability.

  • Store Credit: We can issue a digital credit to your account for future use on our website.
     

3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
